I. Returns and Refunds Policy
To ensure the security of digital assets and the integrity of the product, all hardware wallet products are high-security electronic devices.
Therefore:
❌ Refunds are not supported in the following situations
: • The product has been activated or used
. • The packaging has been opened.
• The mnemonic phrase card has been filled out
. • The security seal is damaged
. • The device has been connected to Ledger Live or completed initialization.
Once the device is activated, it is impossible to confirm whether the private key is still in a brand new and secure state, therefore it cannot be resold.

. Refundable Situations
The following situations support returns or refunds:
✔ The product was damaged during transportation.
✔ The wrong model or wrong product was received
. ✔ The product has an officially recognized quality problem.
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to apply for processing.

. Refund Conditions
Products eligible for refunds must:
• Be in brand new, unused condition
. • Have the original packaging intact.
• Have all accessories complete
. We reserve the right to refuse return requests that do not meet the conditions.
